Description: “The Lost Episode ” – Lost for months in what has come to be known as “The Floody Pants Lazy Zone” this episode features Alexa as the guest host. This was recorded back on 11/3/08. DJ digitalflood and M’Weezy recount the old days when bears attacked, the Jackson 5 were thinking of reuniting, and Barrack Obama was nothing more than a could be Presidential nominee. Enjoy the cheeky 2008 references like Palin Secret Librarian Porn Star, Miley Cyrus Reverse Pedophile, When Wives Attack, and the ever popular M’Weezy Fat Joke Gone Wrong. Ah, the good old days (*sigh*). This episode was finally finished and released on 2/4/09.
Description: DJ Digitalflood spins on his own and provides us with the soundtrack to Spring Break 2006. From Punk Rock to Hardcore to Industrial to Hip Hop, he covers it all. There’s a few dedications thrown in for fun. Good stuff. So good that DJ Digitalflood calls out the other webcasts. Not much else to say.
Description: Reverend Baker returns for another round of strange music and even stranger stories. MC Mary discovers she has named herself when translated from Spanish to English as “MC Mary at the CD”. Four years of High School Spanish down the drain. The theme of the show is old school hip hop and features tons of throwbacks. DJ Digitalflood digs in and drops the best breakdance beats ever. Excellent mix.
Description: Another Fiesta Mix– this time it’s Georgette @ The Disco’s fifth birthday. She gets to choose all the tracks. Mary @ The Disco! becomes Mary @ The Bibliotheca and leaves the Disco behind forever. DJ Digitalflood is forced to mix some of the worst music ever. You may just want to fast forward to the monologues and pretend this episode is a talk show. Pure Pop pain. Word.
Description: DJ A.D.D. comes on by and shares his first mix. The first person who named all the songs in the mix won a free pint of beer at the pub. We don’t exactly recall who that was, but it’s not really important. The important part is during the recording of this episode no animals were harmed. Ironically, DJ A.D.D. won a contest on DF Pirate Radio during the 2005 season where listeners were asked to count the number of times DJ Digitalflood said “indeed” and “absolutely”. A.D.D. did eventually get that pint– though it was well into 2007. Talk about a dead beat. MC Mary @ The Disco! recounts being punched in the face at an Emo show. Good times. Good times.
